Tribal Trails, under Arnav’s leadership, also aims to operate as a volunteer association, inviting individuals to contribute to the cause in various ways.

Appreciation Letter

July 5th, 2024

This is to acknowledge the fantastic work that Mr Arnav Agarwal has been doing through his project, Tribal Trails, to increase awareness about tribes in India. When Arnav first approached us, we were impressed with his initiative to shed light on a topic that was not very frequently discussed.

Over the last year, Arnav has made significant contributions, notably organizing an exhibition displaying the artwork of the Gond Artists in Bhopal’s Literature and Art Fest. He created a channel to popularize and connect Gond’s artwork with the rest of the world. He also engaged with the Tribal Museum of Madhya Pradesh, exploring the rich history of local tribes and forging meaningful connections with the Bhil and Gond communities around Bhopal. His efforts eventually culminated into a website, where he organised resources and information about the tribal community in India. Tribal Trails is also a volunteer association, allowing individuals to contribute towards the cause through various avenues. His project has increased the accessibility of knowledge about tribal culture and history in India.

We are proud of the initiative Arnav has taken and believe that it is a rare one to see in today’s atmosphere. We are confident that his work stands as a testament to the determination and grit that he shows in other areas of life as well. Arnav is a driven individual with the potential and passion to create a more equitable environment.

Sincerely,

Mr. Sudhi Ranjan Mohanty

Ex-Chief Secretary of Madhya Pradesh
